The guest area is located in a wing of the original 1940 house. The bedroom is decorated in a modern style with nods to mid-century design. Shared spaces are bespoke, modern, and extraordinary. NOTE: The front of the space doesn't look like the back. We're stealth. REMINDER: Please be mindful of street signs. You'll get a ticket if you park on the wrong side of the street between 12p-2:30p on Wednesdays and Thursdays. **Guest access** Guests have access to: • Leafy backyard. • Downstairs living room. • Upstairs kitchen (including fridge). • Dining room. • Help yourself to coffee, tea, and breakfast bars. • Selfies are encouraged. **During your stay** We're happy to offer restaurant recommendations. **Other things to note** • This is our home. We live here :) • We occasionally host film and photo shoots. We'll contact you immediately via Airbnb if a film shoot schedules during your visit -- in case you'd like to make other arrangements. • We encourage personal selfies. However, film and photo shoots, or production of any social media content are violations of our House Rules. • NO additional guests allowed. • NO photo shoots, meetings, or events. • NO smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. • We are unable to provide check-ins later than 10P. • We are unable to offer late check-outs. • We try to accommodate, but may be UNABLE to accept early baggage drop-off, or late baggage pickup. **License number** HSR22-001307
